One of the most famous buildings in the city is the cathedral. This was built on the site of a mosque. Construction was started in 1529 however the construction continued off and on over the next centuries due to money troubles. Construction was completely halted in 1783 when there was no money left. Even today the south tower remains unfinished. Because of the long build time you can see a number of different building styles on this one building.

There are a number of restaurants in the market area which specialize in serving fresh delicious seafood. There are also a number of bars in this area, so you should go here if you want to enjoy a night out!

Another really popular spot is the harbor. This has some truly beautiful views and is perfect for walking. There is also a really nice park which is located close to the harbor.

Another popular tourist attraction is the bullfighting arena which is located in the city.
